Quote:
At the heart of Icke's theories is the view that the world is ruled by a secret group called the "Global Elite" or "Illuminati," which he has linked to The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, an anti-Semitic hoax. In 1999, he published The Biggest Secret, in which he wrote that the Illuminati are a race of reptilian humanoids known as the Babylonian Brotherhood, and that many prominent figures are reptilian, including George W. Bush, Queen Elizabeth II, Kris Kristofferson, and Boxcar Willie.

Given the information provided, I'd say, no. He's not right.

More likely he tends to believe what he saw on Doctor Who as a kid. Where I come from, we call them people "crazy bastards"

Icke's ideas are popular in Canada

Aw, Christ...

Hey, Americans. How hard is it to immigrate there?

I watched this a couple of months ago because I have a fascination with these millenial/armageddon types who are actually looking forward to some big end-of-the-world event.

David Icke has an ability to come across as a rational person. He used to be a TV presenter. He learned some skills there. But, and it's a big but, he said he was the new messiah on national TV and he believes the worlds leaders are reptiles wearing a human disguise. He's a mentally unstable guy. He's mental.

I love this guy. He's given me more entertainment than any tv sit-com. Laughing

He's got a list somewhere of everyone in the U.S. government, and whether they're reptilian or not (or, in the case of Condoleeza Rice, and "alien other").

David Icke also used to play goalkeeper for Coventry City. Apparently, people used to laugh at him back then as well.

Yes. He's a 100% nut job. Of course a stopped clock can be right twice a day.

What's that mean? George W Bush is really a lizard, but he got all the others wrong?

It's like Bush and the Queen are space lizards and they use the drug trade to conduct covert wars to create a one world government that will put people in concentration camps being built in New Mexico.

Okay, Bush and the Queen aren't space lizards. But yeah there's evidence the government uses narcotics to fund covert wars. And yeah, the government probably does have a plan to lock up large amounts of people and has such facilities at the ready in case of a deadly virus.

So yeah, if you throw out a billion conspiracy ideas, good chance you're going to get a few that have some evidence in support. The nut jobs take the bits of fire as proof of the vast amount of smoke they blow.
