He said he woulp pay my wife and I back by tomorrow. If he doesn't we already have our paperwork filed with the police department to sue him. We are just waiting to see what happens. If he doesn't come through tomorrow, we will begin the investigation. The police have already talked to us a few times about the situation, so they said to keep them informed on the situation.

Are you sure you have that right? Police don't have anything to do with civil lawsuits. You have to file your papers at the courthouse. (I went the civil route once already, and the cops wouldn't help in any way)

Not sure. My wife is Korean and she has been handling the details. The police station in Yongsan-gu already contacted us about the case. They wanted us to come to the station, but we live in Incheon. They said that we can file our paperwork at the main Gu police station. They never said they can't do anything for us.

Maybe they're filing some sort of criminal charge on your behalf? *shrug*

All I know is the police in Jongro (where the school was) wouldn't help, so I had to go all the way down to the main courthouse near Kyodae station and file my lawsuit papers there.

His pub and his African restaurant opened one week ago. That's what my Canuck bud told me anyway. Maybe you'll get your money... Hope so.

I know for a fact that he has contacts all over that place in Korean society. Call me a lunatic all you want Movybuf, but I swear that I know what I'm talking about. (See what a nice guy Roch is??! He has good intentions and wants you to get your money back even though you believed the lies of the Tin Foil Hat Brigade on this message board about him.)
