Hi, I am currently running Windows XP, but it's not a valid copy. I don't like this. Every time I try to update the new Internet Explorer or Media Player, I can't. If I buy Windows Vista, do you think I will have any problems when I install it?

No problems that is....so much for a word.
The Vista installer looks for a previous installation, not a valid serial with it. IFAIK.... |

If you buy straight up Vista you will have no problems.
If you buy a Vista Upgrade, you will have problems. |

it's been pointed out before that vista upgrade will have no problem with pirated XP - microsoft said that the XP installed does not have to be validated so there should be no problem with upgrading. |

| When going to Yongsan using underground passage, the guy selling pirate software at the end has Vista for 30,000 won. Give it a try. |
