I'm recall reading somewhere (can't remember the source) that public school jobs have 4 levels now?

Level I +
Level I
Level II
Level III

I would like to hear from anyone who can explain Level I +....sounds interesting. I hear there might be 200,000 or 300,000 raise involved. Is this right?

Yes. With Level 1 + (plus), you go from a base pay of 2.3 to 2.5 million.

The requirements are that you must have taught with the same POE (not city or school) for two consecutive years as a level 1 ELI.

sorry to ask, but what are the requirements for level one, two, and three?

Level 3 = Ugly
Level 2 = Attractive
Level 1 = Sexy

None of that seems right to me. I was offered no more then 2.3 million with over 3 years experience and a tesol. They offered rural allowance etc...EPIK sucks its a dieing program. They won't be able to compete $$
