Which chain has the best salad bar?

VIPS and Sizzler both have taco bars. VIPS, the one time I went, had a mound of raw salmon. Seven Springs has a great crepe bar.

Others:

There's a Brazilian all you can eat BBQ meats restaurant near Changdong palace (the one near city hall) that has a good salad bar too. Near the Canadian Embassy there's a sports bar called Time Out Pub that has a great all you can eat buffet at lunch.

Nothing much to add, (uh.. pizza hut anyone?), but the VIPS I went to in daejon had it all at the salad bar, salmon, tacos, and lots of other stuff too.

Now to try all those places you mentioned.. that brazilian thing sounds good, do you know the name?

I was called Ipanipas or something. Follow the road along the south wall of the palace. Go past the art gallery. It's across from the movie theater.

Ipanima. You know,as in the beach and the song.

Pretty good salad bar-lots of sushi and an olive salad which was darn tasty.

VIPs is decent enough.

What's this Seven Springs place?I don't think I've heard of that one before.

VIPS is the best on the list. The Cilantro breakfast buffet at the Seoul Millenium Hilton is the best I have been to, however. What a great bakery!

Does VIPS have anything vegetarian (aside from the salad bar) or is it just steak and seafood?

The Seven Springs on the other corner from the POSCO building in Gangnam has an awesome salad bar. Significantly better than VIPS (ew!) or Sizzler (not bad).

There's a gorgeous full buffet at Express Bus Terminal, with a broad range of cuisine, drinks, dessert, quite palatable for someone who prefers non-Korean, vegetarian food. I haven't seen this restaurant around the city, but I suspect it might be a chain. I think it's called Jessica's Kitchen, and it's in the FamilleVille complex.

Pentax M10. 6 megapixels. Got it cheap at the grey market place in Namdaemoon. I'm not 100% happy, actually, with the lens quality.
