I'm trying to figure out how to email to my friends cellphone. I had her send a text message to my email, but the address it came from is just [email protected] which is no help. Has anyone tried this? I've also tried navigating around magicn.com, but couldn't really figure anything out. I know most cellphone providers in the U.S. offer a text messaging service on their website. So i assume it would be the same here, right?

I've run into this problem too... maybe they don't want you to figure it out... cause that means free text messages for everyone! In the US the text message came from my phone's email address ##########@cingular.com or something like that.
I did notice that it still says it's from my phone number in the from field... perhaps if you just reply like that it'll work? I might give that a try... what's the worst that could happen.
IF anyone figures out how to send texts from the webpage, that'd be just as good... but I haven't been able to find that sort of option. |
