I'm planning to go back to Korea later this year. I'm looking at the possibility of renting a place of my choice, rather than than getting something from the school (well, I'd get the money from them).

My question (which may be answered elsewhere) is this:

월세 is quoted like (for example) 500 / 30 만원. I'm assuming the first is the key money (in 만원) and the second is the monthly rent (also in 만원).

Is this right?
