I am not sure this applies to only public schools, but today, we had a teacher rejected from MOE Gyeonggi visa sponsor application because his contract was sent as a copy.

For the last three years, we have had teachers send their signed contracts by fax or scanned copy by email.

This is the first time immigration decided not to accept a copy of signed contract.

It must be the original signature- (A signature in ink)

????
Has anyone faced the same problem?

Immigration is making it very difficult nowadays, and seem very stringent on their regulations- regulations which constantly change without prior notice.

Immigration need to receive original contracts signed in ink. Nothing has changed. I don't see how this is an anomally or special information.

If they've accepted copies of contracts in the past, they're stupid.

I paid off immigration. They no longer accept contracts from recruiters.
