I can make chicken parm, cookies, mini pizza, and baked mac and cheese.

Any new ideas?

I usually had problems with it burning the hell of whatever I'm trying to cook that requires a bit of time, but with a couple layers of aluminium sheet around my pan I've ben able to make some very satisfying apple crumbles and gratins.

I also manage to steam-bake some deserts and vegetables inside a rice cooker, works quite well.

Recently bought a real oven though and it rocks!

Lasagna! Easy to do if you cook everything first and then bake for 20min in the toaster oven.
