forgive me if i'm being stupid, but what does the question in box number 31 mean?

Guarantor or Reference in Korea Name / Address /Phone No. / Relationship

It is the person who sponsored your visa, so your Director or whomever sponsored you visa. You will probably give the school's address and phone number as their's, and the relationship is Employer.
