I've seen them on gmarket from time to time, but there is only one tacky no-name model available that I've seen.

If you're able to figure out how to do it, I believe you can order some electronic things on ebay from Germany and they'll come with the correct plugs and voltages to work here--I just ordered a hand mixer from there, so I'll comfirm whether that is indeed true when I get it.

If you're just looking to pop popcorn, it's pretty easy to do in a regular old pot on the stove. Not as healthy as air popping, but it works.

If you want to air pop corn do this. Go to Emart. They sale a convection oven. hot air moves around the container and starts to cook the food in the machine. it sorta looks like this.

should cost you about 60-80k won
