| Got a torrent program? I usually use www.mininova.org to get everything I need. For sure Heroes and Prison Break are on there. I know better private trackers but they're usually a few hours behind Mininova. |

| I use utorrent as a download program and isohunt.com as a good tracker metasearch. good stuff, no bugs, and fast. |

| As said get bit torrent program like uTorrent (really low memory footprint) and then use any of the sites mentioned or alternatively use www.tvtorrents.com which is good for US TV shows. |

| www.demonoid.com is a great torrent site. It gets almost all the new shows and has a large selection of older shows too. |
