Is Yongin, particularly the Kangnam University/Shingal area getting a subway station as an extention of the yellow (Bundang) line?

I'm dying to know..

Yeah, the plan is for the line to run all the way through to Suwon, whilst at the same time reinstating the line that used to run from Suwon to Incheon.

This blog post contains a map of what the Seoul subway system will eventually look like when all the planned extensions are completed. The Bundang line extension through Singal/Gugal/Sanggal is not likely to be finished until 2011 though, but there are some overground maps of the planned route here.

Gangnam University is to get a stop on the Yongin LRT system connecting Gugal with Everland. Photos and route plans here.

I used to live down that way so it's interesting to see the planned developments for the area.

Great question DCJames, I live down here and see it going up. Knew that had to be a subway station. I was also dying to know. Too bad it's gonna take 4-5 more years.
