| My wife (and I) are foreigners. How can she get her visa renewed? What documents will she need? |

yes polite like a fart in a funeral.
Anyways, that is, as of this moment, BACK up in the air. We need to get my wife's paperwork done in time so that she won't ALSO get into trouble.
Do you have any info? |

You'll probably have to get the right form at immigration. You'll have to check either "change" or "add" status of sojourn...sorry, not sure which. Probably best if you have your boss call on your behalf.
I'm assuming you're renewing your E-2 at this time as well. Likely, you'll have to submit the same stuff you did before. Extension of yours, might simply mean an extension of hers, too. But not 100% certain. |
