First...what roth asked above.
Second, ECC or ELS?
Third, depends on your situation and your preferences really. |

Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh.
It's a pre school academy. They were offering 2.3 but want me there, say, this afternoon. I mean I think this is sort of what my instincts were telling me. My priorities are pretty simple, it must be in Seoul, right in there, and less hours for more pay than I was getting before! Yessssssss, completely realistic I'd say. What about those Montessori places?
meh. |

| Don't kid yourself. You're going to become a raging alcoholic and show up to kindy smelling like a brewery every other day. |

|
|
| I used to work for YBM at one of their branches to remain unnamed and they broke several parts of my contract on several occasions. Plus the wonjang(hagwon director) was FAR more interested in getting making a high profit margin than teaching kids. They forced us to move so fast with the curriculum for the kindies that the poor little tots just couldn't keep up(with any of the teachers teaching). The wonjang just wanted to sell more books, so they forced us to rush through the books at an UNGODLY rate. Even the Korean teachers there were miserable. I wouldn't recommend working for them unless your desperate. There are FAR better gigs out there, especially if you already have teaching experience. |
