So I mean I have more than questions one.

Seocho. Nice place? Any of you fine specimens lived/worked there before? How would we feel, hypothetically, living in Hanam dong and working in Seocho? Or just damn well living in Seocho?

I beg help of you. Actually. I am stuck deciding between a bambini montessori in Seocho ( I mean, they teach them yoga), and the Lee Ik Hoon language institute in Jongno. Adults 7am-1pm. No splits.

Tell me.
What to do.

I have tried and merely flirt with decision.

And that.
Is useless.

Toss a coin.
Say: Heads for kindy, tails for adults
If you are truly indecisive, you will not have a problem choosing in the fall of a coin; but if you really, deep down, do have a preference you will be forced to face it if the coin falls the way that does not match your preferred choice.
Simple really.

Maybe you should improve your own english first before you start teaching anyone else the language!

Do you want to teach or babysit? Kindy can be a nightmare.

If you want to teach, choose kindy. It's amazing what all you can do with little kids. They are so excited about everything. They have lots of energy and just bubble over with enthusiasm.

If you want to babysit, choose adults. They are mind-numbingly boring. Their hobby is sleeping. They get bored easily and complain a lot about everything. Adults can be a real nightmare.

OP, do you like kids or adults? Have you taught either before? Whether to teach children or adults is a highly personal decision. Some are not meant to teach children, such as MrsSeoul. Some are not meant to teach adults, such as me. You? Only you can say, and you might not even know. I originally thought I wanted to teach adults. It took several years of misery before I learned I was better with kids. Took even longer to find out that I'm best with kindy kids. If you really don't have strong leanings either way, this is where you close your eyes, jump in, and hope for the best. Either way, it's just a year and you can try the opposite age group next if it didn't work out as well as you hoped.
