I have read in the Daily News (a New York daily) that mayor bloomberg is trying to ban the use of the "n"-word in public.

Though the word originated as a derogatory term used toward black people during the early and "darker" period of American history by whites, as urban culture, especially in regards to Hip-hop, developed, the "n" word is a way for friends to identify each other (IE, heez m'"n") and to describe someone of low moral character or some who lacks character at all (IE, there is a difference between a black person and a "n").

But many people are starting to take offens to hearing the word period, hence the proposal for banning the "n"-word in public.

But here's the catch, I know they can stop some people from using the word, but it is ironic that the same people who will benefit from the ban are the people who use it the most.

How do you feel about the issue?

An example of the nanny state going way to fucking far. I'm really tired of people trying to use the government to legislate moral issues.

Easy way to screw with Bloomberg is to replace the N word with the F word or the C word.
