Anybody know of anyplace to go camping around the Busan area?
Also, it's ok to put up a tent on the beach and stay overnight, right?
Any special rules or laws I should know about? |

Near Nampodong is the ferry terminal where several trips to Geoje Island leave daily. Takes less than an hour to the second largest island in the country, full of beautiful beaches and coves, accessible by bus or cheap taxi.
Tons of koreans camp out at the beaches. Fortunately there are plenty of lesser beaches to go to if the more famous ones are too crowded.
Famous Hakdong pebble beach (typical west coast canada)
Most beaches on the island have lovely fine yellow sand.
Gujora beach:
Beautiful Myeongsa beach
