Ok, so now my visa is sponsered by my wife. What kind of job should I be looking for?

Not working is not an option. Crying or Very sad
Uni jobs are good, but I don't need an F2 for one. Cool

Any ideas... please?

Well congratulations...

Don't know what to suggest because I always seem to land jobs, rather than having to search for one...

But good luck!

Well my university decided to only hire F2-1 or F5 visa holders this semester.

That's interesting. My uni almost seems to want to avoid them, after the last guy worked other places legally, and told them to they couldn't do anything about it.

If theres no clause in the contract prohibiting it, they cant.

Op, if you dont want a steady job, get into corprorate gigs. 50-100K an hour is a good rate.

I'd say get the lowest hours/highest paying full-time position you can for the housing(don't what you're doing for a house),pension and health.Possibly public school after school programme.

Squeeze in private gigs as you can around those.I'm at school 9-5 but not getting as much private stuff in the evenings as I'd like.Morning stuff (6.30am starts for an hour or so)doesn't appeal as yet.ie can't be arsed.

What temporary stuff I've been getting though has been corporations at 50K an hour.

In Gangnam,Yeouido,Daechi etc you'll pick up a lot more.
