Can anyone tell me where in Seoul I can pick up some carbohydrate powder please?
Need something to help bulk up my rather skinny frame out here, as Korean food as only made me thinner. |

Howdy.
You can buy lots of suplements in the underground foreign market in Namdaemun Market. It's located near the entrance to the market- which entrance, I'm not sure.
Same probably goes for the 'imported goods' floors in Doota and Migliore in Dongdaemun (in the basement). |

The underground import map is the "Sungnyemun Imported Goods Arcade" on the left hand side of the map near Namdaemun gate (it's the same building on the map marked 'Daehan Fire & Marine Insurance').
It's also a good place to pick up western toiletries like decent aftershave or deodorant. |

White sugar will stick the weight on. Not at all healthy though. I once ate Taro and a another root vegetable in Tongo and wow does it put on weight. |

why don't you just eat more?
or, eat more protein, and start lifting weights?
carbohydrate powder seems pretty fancy when carbohydrates are *so* readily available in food format.
or, drink beer and get a spare tire (though this may be a slightly longer-term project).
fight the powder! |
