Is this novel about the court and custody system in Korea or the court / custody system in /america...?

Sorry, not enough info, but I'm imagining a novel about a guys battle for custody of his kids with a Korean wife through the Korean court system...? Could be a fun read...?

He's American, and was married to an American. She divorced him, and as you can see from his blog (http://deadbeat-charles.blogspot.com/), he blames everyone but himself.

According to the old adege, you can't even judge a book by its cover - so what to speak of blowing the cover of - and judging - the author/judge of judges? ... (Sorry, that's the best I could come up with for his defense on a pro bono basis... Confused )

How can we not judge him by the cover? He even described himself as a deadbeat.
That's pretty much asking for the inferno.

Just a thought: Writing about him, even in a negative way, shows that his views have power. It validates him, which he does not deserve.
