i miss PBS.

oh, and on this Czech station, every night at about 11:25, they'd have 'naked weather', where some girl or guy would come out totally nude and then dress for whatever the weather would be for the next day.

I have all the back home channels through my slingbox so there's not much to miss (assuming I watched TV, which I don't do much).

Discovery Channel: Mythbusters, baby!

There was also a show on the Sci-Fi network called "Ghost Hunters" or something of that nature. It followed around a bunch of Roto-rooter guys by day, ghost hunters by night. They hardly ever found any ghosts or even anything remotely scary, but I got such a kick out of that show.

Have I got good news for you. Both those shows are on Korean TV as well. Mythbusters is on Discovery all the time, and I just saw that Ghost Hunters show for the first time recently.

I don't miss any TV shows. Bittorrent.

Umm...let me see,
Channel one
Channel two
Channel three
or C4
I'm serious! I only have four channels to miss when I'm out of NZ (possible 6 or 7 if you've got a signal). I thought our internet speed and download capacity was embarrasing, but we have been holding on to 4 channels for a long time now.
BRING ON CHANNEL 5!

Showtime.
Comedy Central.
HGTV.
The Travel Channel.
The Game Show Network, sometimes.
And Discovery--Sunday afternoon, have a nice dinner, watch some semi-interesting/semi-boring documentary, kick back on the couch and doze ... good times.

Occasionally I also miss watching old reruns of whatever on Nick at Nite.

Jeez, it sounds like I watched a ton of TV, but I really didn't.

Ha Ha. snowy 32, that brings back old memories. Where I lived, channel 1 and 2 were ok, but channel 3..I had to adjust the outside ariel everytime I wanted to watch the Aussie League, or anything else. Sometimes ok, most times a blurr.
Cheers for the memories

Not everywhere. I had Discovery in Seoul, but haven't had it since moving to Gwangju 3 years ago.

Of course, that's just with regular cable. If I'd known I was going to be here this long, I'd have gotten a dish. Confused
