Anyone know how I get hangul for messenger or just for windows??

hangul for messenger? as in you want to type hangul when using messenger? if that's the case you only have to change your language and regional settings through the control panel. add the korean keyboard to your language bar and you can toggle it using the right Alt button.

I assume you're not living in Korea. To able to type in Korean in Windows XP, hit the Start button, click on the Control Panel and click the Regional and Language Options icon. Then click the Languages tab and click the Details button. In the window that pops up, click the Add button and select Korean. This will install the Korean input system. After that, you just need to click the right Alt key and you can use Korean for basically any program in windows.
