Hi Everyone,

Two days ago I found a toy poodle. She was in pretty rough shape - covered in matts and quite thin so she has been outside for awhile - it broke my heart to leave her there, especially since it has turned quite cold again and where outside her fate probably wasn't good, I brought her in with full intentions of fostering her back to health and then finding her a good home. But it turns out that my neighbour is quite upset over me having her. I don't want to create hard feelings between my neighbour and I so I would like to find her a home as soon as possible.

I've since had her groomed and took her to the vet. She had a heartworm test that came back negative but does have problems with her ears for which she being medicated for now. She's a sweet little girl about 4 years old and loves to cuddle.

I am desperate to find a place for her. If you have any questions, interested in adopting, or would be able to foster her in the meantime, please pm or email me [email protected]. I have some pictures of her that I'm trying to figure out how to post, so if you'd like to see her, I can send some through e-mail.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post,
Katherine

I think this place may take in strays. From the pictures it seems obvious that the animals are being cared for, as some have IV's or cast on their legs.

I believe that shelter is located north of Seoul, in Yangju.

thank you for the response... i'm hoping that i won't have to put her into a shelter but if i do, then i know that there is one out there.
the more and more i get to know her, the sweeter she is... she'd make a prefect little companion

Good luck with that. Why is the neighbour upset? I once took in a stray cat and nursed him to health with the help of my roommate before finding him a home. The cat was definitely grateful. I could sense that, and I was grateful for his company and good spirit.

she's getting healthier by the day - she eats twice the amount of my dog, and she's half the size of him... and is thankful just like your foster cat was!!
the reason the neighbour is upset is because there was barking... it was either my dog barking, the new dog barking, or a combination... and then the neighbour has a dog that therefore was also barking... i guess there was some back and forth barking....
on her own and not in an enclosure - i can't see how she is a barker... i think the circumstances weren't right for her that day - she hasn't made a sound when i'm with her...
i took her with me all day yesterday into Seoul and just had her wrapped up in a blanket inside a bag and you couldn't even tell she was there...
