I am counting down my last days in Korea, and I'm getting excited, and one thing I have never been fully satisfied in my experience with Korea, is the unsatisfactory level of spicyness of my Kookaburra wings at Outback Steakhouse. I mean, make them hot when I order them hot! No, Outback Steakhouse isn't the extent of my experience in Korea hehe
So I am going to order them tomorrow for my last visit to this establishment, and if they are not hot enough, I want to stand my ground and have a key phrase for the waitress to take them back and make them hotter.
Does this work? Deo hawt saw-se juseyo! (pointing at the wings)
더 핫소스 주새요
Guess I could ask a Korean teacher tomorrow |

Actually, if you phrase it like that you're just asking for more hot sauce, not a spicier sauce.
Try this one.
이거 더 맵게 해주세요
(Ee guh, deo maep-gey hey ju-say-yo)
It might just be that they don't have any hotter sauces in the back, or the institutionalized stubbornness of franchise restaurants in Korea that prevents them from making any alterations to the cuisine, but this might help you out.
I'm a hot sauce fiend as well. Would love to see a BW3 open in this town.
If you're ever in the Sinchon, Ewha university area and a have a few minutes to kill, I know an AWESOME 닭꼬치 stand that has sauces that will make you pee fire out of your quivering bunghole.
Head North out of Ahyeon station towards 북아현동 and jump on the #5 bus for a couple of stops. Exit before you get to the railway overpass and Chugye university and look on your left across from the Family Mart. It's a small joint, not always open, but I was there 3 or 4 times a week when I lived in the area. Think it's called 배스트 로얄 (Best Royal) or something like that. Check it out. |

| I had a little wing fest on Saturday here at my place and one person wanted to try the the Beaver's Wings hot so we prepped up a single wing. She got though most of it which is a pretty good achievement. |

| I would surely visit your establishment, Mr. Beaver, if only I was in the same city. Hot wings... QQ |

It's just Buffalo Wild Wings these days. They dropped the weck. When I worked there, we used to add the Blazin sauce oil to the wings of rude customers. Sweet BBQ wasn't so sweet anymore. |

That would be my home as the actual bar has gone the way of the dodo. |
