Does anyone know of a "gym" in Bucheon, preferably closer to the Songnae Station side of things. I've seen a lot of fitness centers but I swear those places are 90% treadmills/bicycles and 10% "gym". And the weights I've seen in there would hard press me to break a sweat working out my forearms.
When I say gym I'm looking for a place that has a squat rack, dumb bells that go to 120lbs, and at least a bench. The less machines and more cold iron the happier I'll be.
And on that note, doing a search on supplements I've seen the website Massxxx as the only website to order in country. Is there any in country site that you can order from instead of having a korean friend order for you?
And for those that have ordered via bodybuilding.com if your orders are under $120 and just creatine and protein, have you been hassled by customs?
Thanks! |

Actually I did use the search.
And I did reference the aforementioned "Mass" website. If you read it, I was looking for a website that was similar but did not require a Korean ID number. |

good luck dood. If you order suppliments from the states like protein powder they will nail you and you will waste a bunch of cash. |
