Man, Oink is really hard to even get a ratio. Everything has like 15 seeders and 1 leecher. On demonoid I have a 2.16 ratio. On my super great porn site, I've got a 2.466 ratio. Seems on oink you've got to really upload your own stuff and reap the dls by others.
On demonoid, where I mostly download documentaries:
Uploaded: 69.03 GB
Downloaded: 32.00 GB
On my ummmm, porn site where I mostly download, ummm, baseball movies:
Uploaded: 2.07 TB
Downloaded: 861.62 GB
2 TB! |

Umm..........
To get a good ratio on Oink you either have to upload your own stuff or piggyback on a newly uploaded torrent that you think will be popular. I initially got my ratio up by getting in really really early on the uploads of the new Bloc Party album and some other goodies.
I think it's good that oink is difficult to maintain a ratio because it keeps the site's library fresh with tons of new music. Anyways, after about two months I've maintained a ratio of 1.3.
My upload rate on Demonoid is nothing short of disgusting. |

Ilovetorrents.com is pretty good
I've been trying to get a Bit.me and a Bit.me.tv one for a while now.
No luck.
I have a couple of Oink ones but I don't know about trading them. |

| I agree that oink is really hard to get a good ratio on. I don't have anything to upload really as all my music is already on the site, they have a really comprehensive library. I've tried piggy backing off other popular torrents but so has everyone else it seems. My ratio is hovering round .500 so i've stopped d'ling from there and now just use demonoid where i'm nearly at 2.0. It sucks because oink is by far the best music torrent site iv'e come across, blazing downloads and so much quality sounds, i recommend the new cassetteboy album- dead horse. |

Demonoid is really easy to get and keep a good ratio, however, it's not as comprehensive music wise and there are quality issues with torrents. I like the fact that OINK has very high standards for audio quality.
I have no invites left until April. |
