I'm new to Daegu, again. I was here a few years ago and just curious about the current work conditions in this city with regards to who is getting what. Without having to name names, could you provide some comparisons to my situation?

School: a well-established college in daegu
Base teaching hours: 15 / week
Base pay: 2.4 million won / month
Overtime pay: between 15,000 and 30,000 / hour depending on the class
Housing: shared "luxury" apartment off campus
Vacation time: 6 weeks minimum
Class size: 40-60
Student level: low and lower
Administration: very friendly and honest so far, but not organized
Requirements for teachers: Masters Degree or Degree in Education

What is everyone else getting?
