Wtf is going on in the ROK? When I taught there 9 out of 10 students didn't have notebooks and pencils with erasers on them were virtually non-existant. Can someone explain to me how a 'developed nation' lacks such basic learning utensils? |

I found the pencil with no eraser thing was really common in Europe when I studied there. I don't remember ever seeing an "american" style pencil with the eraser on the end. Doesn't realy bother me, as long as the kids have both in their pencil case. |

Everybody's got a pencil case, but nobody's got an eraser. |
