Yeah, all these examples are all very well and true to grammatical form, but, where have we heard them said?
We can't hear someone say, 'the running man.' But often, 'that man who was running,' using the verb form. But, in English this is an adjective phrase with emphasis on the man, in Korean, 'That man was running' is not an adjective phrase.
There's a verb phrase, eh? Damn, there's again the hypothesis.
In Korean, (is it just me not lexically/phsychologically graphing it) it's more than that; the verbs have all the nuances
'And, what's more ... 거든'
'Oh, but what about ... 는/은데'
'However ... 지만'
At least we get to keep 'What a f#cke7 up day,' as in 오늘 안되는날이었다.
Hey, there's an adjective. But, it just doesn't cut it. What's the worst phrase then for a f#cke7 up day? How about in a verb form - Just to keep the hypothesis running...
Actually, someone had mentioned in another thread that Korean was heavy on the verbs ...
BTW; That running man wouldn't even be that. He would be a noun, an athlete who 'ran.' There, a bloody verb again. |

| It seems anything that deviates slightly from the "Korean way" is rude. So by default, they think all foreigners are rude. |

People everywhere have an inbuilt detection system for bullshyte. Even the bullshyters can detect bellshyte. Be true to your own self. It thereby follows that you will be false to no man. Or woman.
Just be yourself and *beep* all that panmal bullshit. Did I get censored then? |
