I'm planning to go to Jinhae for the Cherry Blossom festival the last weekend in March. Can anyone recommend a cheap, comfortable place to stay. I don't want to do the Yeogwan thing, so if you have other recommendations, that'd be great.

THANKS!

If you don't want to do the yeogwan thing you will be in some trouble...

jinhae is a very small city and only has a couple tourist hotels(which will be all booked out already)...

You could look at staying in busan and going to jinhae which is only about 30 mins away or stay in changwon or masan which are neighbouring cities(but will be pretty full as well)

Omg. Jinhae, for such a small place, has a ton of love hotes right around where the bus terminal is. Once you get out of the bus station...cross the street. Go one street over from the main one and turn left. Lots and Lots of love hotels. Most too, you pay by machine, so you don't even have to talk to the staff. All for about 40 thousand won. Some nice places too. Not like the hyatt or anything, but not bad. Also, they have pictures on the machines so you can see what the room will look like.
