| Not me. What's the Korean for "not a believer"? |
Well, 무신론자 is 'atheist'; 불가지론자 'agnostic'. Or you could try like a friend of mine and tell proselytisers '예수님 싫어'. |
I doubt it. If Jesus had been born in 1980 and was a poster on the board you'd probably get along just fine. |
Weren't you born in 1980? Are you trying to tell us something, Mith? |

Ha! One year off! I changed it so you wouldn't think I was implying something. I wouldn't be caught dead being born in the 80s. |

Yes.
I was raised in a church and spent a lot of time growing up studying about it to see if I thought it was right. I concluded that it is, so I go to church. |
Krats, where do you go to church? Initials, even? Haven't found a church in Gwangju I'm happy with... |

Thanks. That last one is probably the easiest for me to remember and pronounce. |
Eh.. that last sentence is not really the best choice. I think it was a joke.
btw, I've never had a Korean understand what 무신론자 is. Even after writing it, they often have no idea, or have to really think about it. Basically, just go with 무교 (atheist - 無敎). It's not in the dictionary, but everyone knows it.

불가지론자 is even worse, you have to explain the whole theory behind it while you're at it. It's like telling an English speaker that you're a Sufi. 종교 없어요 is another easy answer for the nonreligious. |

| Would someone please transliterate these terms. My computer doesn't have Hangul so I only see boxes. |

Been a follower of Jesus for over 25 years. Gets better every day.
For those who are not opposed to protestant churches, the folks at this church were great when I was there. Likely is still a mix of ESL teachers, military, foreign workers and Korean folks.

Yoido Full Gospel Church is interesting. It is a huge place and they have simultaneous translation in the Sunday services.
You might also check out experienceGod.us. It has an interesting view on what it is like to be a follower of Jesus. |

Right, thinking about it I don't think I've ever actually used 무신론자 in conversation, just 종교 없어요. It sounds a lot nicer as well. And yeah, '예수님 싫어' will offend some people. |
