SOme of the love hotels have them. Just shop around by asking to look at all the rooms.
Found a nice clean one in cheongju that had a giant hottub, free computer use, and AFN. Now that is a deal at 50,000.

Hmm, well this isn't in Seoul . . .

I stayed at the Hotel CF in Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Gyeonggi-do last month. It had a pretty small hot tub . . . more of a jacuzzi, really. A regular room (일반실) cost 50,000 per night. The luxury rooms are 100,000 per night. http://wiki.galbijim.com/Hotel_CF

If you're going the love motel route, here's a website (in Korean) that lets you browse rooms by location. Most of the listings are in Seoul. It typically has pictures of the interior, shots of the different style rooms, and maps to each motel. http://www.hotel365.co.kr

edit: Just saw you registered in February. Can you read/type Korean? If not, you can copy and paste: try 강남 for Gangnam and 역삼 for Yeoksam. They're two of the more expensive areas, but it'll give you an idea of what to expect. For something a little more reasonable, try 신림 for Shillim (pretty close to Gangnam). You might even be able to just search for 서을 (Seoul) or 서을시 (Seoul city), and organize results by price. I'd check, but I'm at work now.
