Does anyone know of a cooking school or organization that has cooking classes, Kimchi preparation would be ideal.

Ive found a few sites myself but they are not in English?

Any recommendations, numbers to call, websites in English?

Im not looking to break the bank here. Something cheap and cheerful.

Any advice?

Cheers.

Bumping this one. Somebody must know of a class somewhere. I've searched the net to no avail, but I don't know Korean.

i do - I'm actually a cook, learning korean cuisine. There are a lot of cooking hagwons, but be warned - they're expensive and I don't know if the food is that good. They're largely for certification purposes. There's a good one in Insadong, but it's super expensive 1500 us dollars for 6 weeks at 6 hours a week.
if you want details, email me
oh yeah, they're all in korean as well

Just get some cookbooks or recipes off the net and hop to it. I cook well. I don't need classes.

Pretending to be a girl is one thing, but pretending to be a good cook is something I won't stand for. Evil or Very Mad
