If you've been in Korea a while, chances are that you also have this infection. Helicobacter Pylori, is a bacteria that lives in the mucous lining of the stomach. A lot of people have posted on Dave's about having stomach problems in Korea. The problem could be caused by this infection.
If youv'e had any digestion problems or youv'e been in Korea for a while it would be good to get a test done.
There are basically 2 types of tests. The first (more expensive) is a breath test, the second (cheaper) involves dumping into a plastic container.
The infection is very hard to get rid of. It involves taking multiple antibiotics for 2 weeks. If it doesn't kill the infection, it will most certainly kill any other nasties that may be lurking in your body.

Source?

Is it dangerous? I'm not taking antibiotics for something unless it is a genuine danger to my health and there is no other way to treat it.

Eat lots of raw garlic over a two week period. It tastes vile but it will basically have the same effect.

Garlic is a natural antibiotic and most survival manuals list it as an effective subsitute for situations where commercial antibiotics aren't available. Many practitioners of homeopathic medicine claimed that garlic has been shown to beeffective when treating chronic, reccuring infections or infections that have built up a resistance to regular antibiotics. In clinical tests garlic extract has been shown to inhibit viral reproducive abilities. Microorganisms can't stand it and insects wont go near it.

Basically, this means the odds are that the gut of at least one of these racing girls is infested with dirty, filthy Helicobacter Pylori bacteria.

Which one do you think it is?

Is this infection all over the news like it would be in the United States? Remember Africanized bees?

You forgot to mention that it prohibits "human reproductive abilities" too. Try having a successful date when your breath and your sweat smells like garlic.
