The apartment is in Itaewon. It is about 10 minutes from the Hyatt, Itaewon subway station, and Noksapyeong subway station.
The neighbourhood is great and so are the neighbours.
It is a nice comfortable apartment. It was a 3 bedroom apartment which I made into 2 bedrooms by making 1 bedroom the living room. The apartment is clean, has air-con, internet-cable access, a very large bathtub, laundry, and is mostly furnished. (TV, DVD, sofa, fridge, stove, microwave etc.)
In the bedroom there is a bed and a bookshelf you are welcome to use but you might want something better and if so your own bedroom furniture would be up to you.
I am looking for a roommate who is mature (prefer over 40), easy going, and knows how to share in a shared accomodation situation.
I am gone right now 75 - 80 % of the time...but that will vary.
The rent for each person including toiletries etc. is 375,000 plus utilities.
