Reserved a VIP room for tonight to go with some clients. Been there a few times, but first time buying a bottle there. Does anyone have any idea how much a bottle of whiskey is here? |

Not too ridiculous. I think I paid around 150,000 for a bottle of Jack Daniels.
Of course, with business clients you might want to up the ante a bit. You can get a midrange bottle for under 300,000 with the works.
You were smart to book ahead of time. My friend was flat out refused VIP service in an empty room there on a weekday.
It's one thing to put on an aire of exclusivity, but another to turn down a potential whale on an off night.
But my GOD, does that place crawl with primo tail on weekends... |

Whoo... that is a huge relief. I thought it was gonna run at least a grand. I spent close to 20grand in february on clients and my boss is tightening the purse strings. |

That place can be a bit pricier than most in the area. But since 압구정 is mostly filled with people who can only afford to dress like that and drink there because they still live at home, they still keep it reasonable. |

yup, hard rock cafe is gone.. replaced by circle, which now looks like the only game in town. it costs 30,000W to get in, but is always packed with people.. can't imagine how much money they must be making. well, until the next club comes along...

According to the Hard Rock Cafe website-
Quote: |
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Hard Rock Cafe Seoul is temporarily closed. Check back often for the latest details on the re-opening date.
While our restaurant remains temporarily closed - no food or drinks - the Rock Shop is OPEN daily and located approximately 50 yards from the original cafe site. Look for the giant HRC logo in the window of the building at the corner and rock to the beat with authentic collectible merchandise from Hard Rock Cafe. |

Danny! good to see you on the forum. How was last night for you? Ended up going to Circle, sucked big time, they have their own menu in the VIP lounge, it did end up costing quite a bit and it was dead. Next week, a talent agency that we invested in, is having a private party there, so hopefully that will be better experience. Honestly, at most, 20 people there last nite... sucked |

I am glad it is shut down. I hope it doesn't re-open.
The Hard Rock Cafe franchise was bought out by an Indian Tribe from Florida, a bunch of crooks that got rich by bankrupting those with gambling problems. I'd rather not support them. |
