A friend's parents are traveling from Brazil to China and have a 7 hour layover at Incheon. They are asking for suggestions on how to spend the time.

I hesitate to suggest a trip into Seoul because I think they'll be tired and 7 hours isn't really much time. But I'm not so sure, maybe it's do-able. I've never spent any time around the airport--is there anything to do around there?

Any suggestions? They are in their 50s and experienced travelers.

There are some transit tours suggested on the Incheon airport website.

The incheon islands are pretty cool to look around. you can take a bus from the airport over to the beaches and have a look around. its really quite pretty. if its still aways off, they could even do some swimming and laying on the beach.
