It's going to be hard to pass mine off as a "personal massager," since its definitely covered in black and white leopard spots.
On that note, I've taken it into four countries where it was "illegal" with no problems. Just make sure you don't leave ANY batteries in it whatsoever, ON or NOT, because the agent WILL open your bag up and whip out your vibrator in plain view.
Luckily, those people wear gloves and my model happens to be dishwasher safe :S.

I brought mine with me in my carry-on in a travel bag just like I brought my make-up and shampoo. The bag was in the bottom of the carry-on (large backpack) and sent through the x-ray. Word of advice though remove the batteries. When the x-ray "sees" the toys without the batteries it doesn't (or shouldn't) raise any concerns, but with the batteries they x-ray a little funny. The last time I traveled with some electronic video games with batteries I had to take it out and show customs what the battery operated item was. |

And to think I was embarrassed in Japan when they opened my suitcase and touched my funky drawers. |

I bought one (pocket rocket style) at home plus once.
It came free with a bunch of AA batteries. Total steal. I went back six months later and the vibro was replaced by some little personalized crappy fan.
Nowhere near as good... |

When I was going to Uni we had the pleasure of having Sue Johanson
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sue_Johanson
come and give us a sex lecture, the unfortunate part was that it was October 2001. She was flying from Toronto to Ottawa and upon entering Pearson security she was told she would need to prove all electronic items actualy worked. So there is one of the most famous Canadians turning on 15 different vibrators and butt plugs while giving tips to the security staff and signing autographs. When she told that story I was in stitches.
As for you honey, bring your vibrator, you will be fine. |
