I never bother to post any more or if I think I'm going to respond, I always just go why bother?
The Helicobacter Pyloris posting basicly resulted in pictures of girls in bikinis.
The single cause of duodanal ulcers not the bikini girls.) No problem eh? Wait till you go home and try try to get that fixed up.
It did get one response on worms. Gee yet another problem to just laugh off.
You'll be glad to know that your seemingly effective TB vacinations from say ten years ago are no longer effective. A little genetic drift problem with the vaccine.
Polio as well. Still endemic here. Yeah drink that local spring water.
It is not just that. Everything seems to revolve around a crisis involving say obtaining Kraft Brand Cheeze Whiz or something equivalent.
Did everbody just answer an add in the Toronto newspaper and just end up here going whopee! This stop Wonderland. The next stop Bangkok!! And then ... The Island !!!
I always feel like Colonel Slade in Scent of a Woman addressing Charley.
Charley was okay.
Cheeze Whizz. What on earth are you guys thinking? |

Classic case of C-Whizaphobia. If you boil up your macaroni, see, and land a blob of you know what on it, well, it tastes pretty good...you won't wake up trailer trash. |

I have my theories about too much alcohol speeding up the progression of that. My uncle had a hell of a time.
Not that anyone should stick to lemonade 24-7, but stomach problems really, really suck. |

You PM'ed me a while ago about moving to Cheongju, did you ever make it down this way? Haven't seen you since that night ages ago in Sincheon, outside the Bar with your two medic GI buddies from Osan. Hope all is well. |

"Hypochondria (or hypochondriasis, sometimes referred to as health anxiety, health phobia) refers to an excessive preoccupation or worry about having a serious illness. Often, hypochondria persists even after a physician has evaluated a person and reassured him/her that his/her concerns about symptoms do not have an underlying medical basis or, if there is a medical illness, the concerns are far in excess of what is appropriate for the level of disease. Many people suffering from this disorder focus on a particular symptom as the catalyst of their worrying, such as gastro-intestinal problems, palpitations, or muscle fatigue." |

Lt. Col. Frank Slade: [Lt. Col. Frank Slade is speaking in defense of Charlie Simms at meeting at the Baird School]
"Now I have come to the cross-roads in my life - and I knew, without exception, I knew - which path was the right one - but I never took it. And do you know why? Because It was too damned hard. Now here's Charlie, he's come to the cross-roads, and he has chosen a path. It's the right path. A path that is made of principle, which leads to character. Now that's the stuff leaders should be made of." |

Jagnatha. That's Bob Dobbs there rotating around right?
For what it is worth I'm still around hectoring the students, faculty and staff of the Blaire Academy.
Hey I'm not a hypochondriac, I just am sort of aware that your coffee maker isn't really going to remove that hexavalent chromium, lead cadmium, hep c or anything else. Although it would certainly be comforting to think so.
Yeah that night in Sincheon with my pals (more hypochondriacs) I managed to set fire to my clothes at one point! A minor blaze no injuries so I'd be the first to say "What do I know?"
I'm still thinking of getting some "tats." Good idea or bad.? I know it is very "in" and nobody is cooler than me. I was planning on doing this myself using a razor blade and ball point pen ink. Anybody have any experience with this?
I was thinking of LOVE on the digits of my right hand, and HATE on the digits of my left hand. Of course one letter per digit in Sunderland script. |
