I am looking for a new place now. I am also searching online. but, If you know of a good place, let me know.
My Wish List:
Officetel
Preferably Western Seoul or Gyeongg-do(Kwangmyung/Bucheon)
I have a car, so I do not need it to be near a subway or bus route.
I am willing to put down 30 million key and pay up to 400,000/month
Anyway, if you know of a place that somewhat matches my wish, let me know. |

Consider Bundang. There are nice officetels at Seohyeon and Jeonga, but the area is a bit expensive. Sorry, I don't have any numbers, but if you wander around there are real estate agencies everywhere. |

Mapo-Gu - Habjong station.(lines 2 and 6) (마포구 합정역) Great officetel there. It's not that far from Gwangmyeong either. |
