I'm Canadian.
I'm surprised so many failed to get the joke. Every nation -- Canada and Korea for example -- makes weird outrageous claims with dubious historical accuracy and tries to pump up small details as being somehow noteworthy. I thought it would be fun if others joined and parodied the style.
I guess not. Geez.

Well, was there really a need for this thread then? In a perfect world, there would be no harm. It never hurts to learn new things. But on this board, with a whole whack of stupid Americans and Canadians (yes, both sides) who just eat this stuff up, was it worth it? |

You've been here longer than me. You should know better. There is no way that would have been taken any way other than the way most people took it. You know I am right...

I'm Canadian, too.
Saw some younguns walking in Seoul last weekend. They looked kind of stupid with backwards Blue Jay caps and flanel jakcets with baggy pants hanging down. At least the guys looked stupid.
