Last year, or perhaps the year before, there was a rap/r&b song released that used a sample from "Turn the Beat Around." The song had the typical vocal arrangements with a female singer and male rapper. The lyrics were kind of dark, but I can't remember any of them.

Here's the problem: I love the song but don't know enough lyrics (or the title) to search a lyric database for the title. I also don't know who sings the song. I'm really jonesing to hear this song again.

Maybe there is one of you DJ types out there who keeps a keen ear open for interesting samples, that heard this song and knows the title. I'd appreciate the help. I'm almost positive that the sample was from "turn the beat around."

peace,
