oh okay.. are they legit charity workers or scam artists? Nobody knows. I thought that stuff was generally illegal (soliciting in the subway)..
I generally ignore them and just figure that they could be scammer.. or they could be skinners off the top.. generally though if they are actively getting money at the moment or some organization I just don't know.. the I'm always suspicious..
Also, 9 times out of 10.. I don't have time for them.. they could also be some kind of marketing questionair team or just about anything.. no clue exactly.. |
