| I'll be heading back to Korea sometime toward the end of April or 1st of May. On the way over, I'm thinking about taking a 2-3 day layover in Tokyo to do some sightseeing, etc. I've been to Japan before, but never to Tokyo. I'll be by myself, and have no Japanese language skills at all. Is Tokyo fairly accessible for single, wide-eyed tourists who can't speak the language? What are your recommendations of things to do in or around Tokyo for a few days? Any suggestions on where to stay, etc? |

Yes, Tokyo is easy by yourself....
Everything touristy is bilingual..
if you can do korea you can do Tokyo with your eyes closed
Good hostel recommendation(and same for kyoto as well) but you have to book well in advance...
