Do you eat breakfast? What do you have? I guess if it's after noon it doesn't count as breakfast, does it? Maybe on weekends? I've got some oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, milk, juice; that's a start, need a toaster.

Nothing healthy. I hate mornings! Just enough on my stomach to be able to take a multivitamin without puking.

I don't work until 2:30 or 3:30 so everyday feels like a weekend in terms of the mornings. I love breakfast, probably my favorite meal of the day.

I often make oatmeal pancakes, with bananas or strawberries inside. Then yogurt, kiwis, pineapple or strawberries on top.

Sometimes it's oatmeal with lots of good stuff in it.

Other days, banana strawberry smoothies with nuts and oatmeal. Good stuff!

ugh...that's terrible.

For breakfast I vary depending on they day. Somedays I'll have a bowl of whole grain cereal and fruit. Other days, I'll cook eggs...and sometimes I'll just go with a granola bar.

Either Saturday or Sunday I try to make a nice big breakfast. Pancakes, eggs benedict, french toast, bran muffins etc.

I was the same until I started working for a public school. Still, the benefits outweigh the cons in the end...
