Saw this headline and story on the foxnews site:

Aspirin May Lower Risk of Death in Women

the line/claim is repeated in the body of the story as well: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,261367,00.html

I read the headline a few times and read the story and still didn't get what you were getting at.

Then I started to consider the intention of what was said, and who was saying it, and then it hit me, the interpretation of a dirty young man's mind

(i must be getting old)

ha ha ha.

You're reading too much into it. What's funny is that women will always have the same risk of dying as men no matter what drug they take.

We all die eventually.

it's not even a 'woman' thing actually...

It's the 'risk of death' that's idiotic. What risk? It's a certainty.

In the Korea Times today the headline read "Quebec Liberals receive mandate". But when you read the article, you find out the Liberals have formed a minority government. My understanding of political mandate means not only a majority, but a large enough one that one might feel you have a true mandate.
