Thanks for the PM and proclaiming me the undisputed winner.
I'll PM address later.
Mucho Gracious and Puda Vida! |
umm... you've got my vote, but you might want to start saying 'pura vida'
The flap sound transcribes into an 'r' in Spanish, as opposed to a 't' or 'd' in English (though the thought progression of Puta vida did put a chuckle in my morning).
Muchas Gracias por su atencion. Y pura vida!
By the way, I know Costa Rica is socially nice (no army, more healthcare, etc) but $500 a month! |

Ah yes, the spelling police are everwhere. You're right--my mistakes, but Spanish is such an easy language to learn, especially in contrast to Korean. And I'm getting better.
Just last night I had a rather "non-Tarzan-like" (me Tarzan--you Jane) conversation with a cute little tica at a local tavern. I was rather proud of myself. Her number is in my cell phone--this is when it'll get tricky.
And yes $500.00 per month is tough. You might find close to double to that if you're lucky.
Me, I just changed careers and make much more that a week-- US Dollars.
Everyone deserves a dream job every now and then.
Pura Vida! |
