I think the lot of chicken b reasts for around 8,000w are awesome, and well as the chicken wings, and those Australian ice cream bars with fruit that are tiny. A lot for a little money. Yum. Tortillas! Pretzels. Campells soup 12 packs. Bread (if you can eat it fast enough without letting it spoil).
I was there so long ago I can't remember what else I bought. |

The 3 lb can of Kirkland ground coffee for 10,000 won is a steal. You can't find cheaper ground coffee in Korea period. The taste is quite good too.
5 lbs of mozerella cheese is cheap at 20,000 won. I divide it up into smaller quantities in sandwich bags and freeze it.
Most of the fruit juices are a good deal 'cause they're about the same price you'd pay back home.
10 bagels for 5,000 won is the best price you'll ever find in SK
I agree with you that the chicken breasssts are a great deal. I buy a tray and divide that up too into smaller packages for my freezer. When I need a breasst or two, I can just grab one out of my freezer. |

I don't really buy steaks a lot, but I bought 3 at Costco that were maybe 60,000-80,000 won. Is that a deal? I don't know anything about beef in this country.
I did go to that fancy Italian place in Itaewon, where the chef/owner walks around to the tables, and I got these medallions that claimed to be this Australian beef similar to Kobe. But it seriously looked like hamburger patties. Does that Australian beef really taste that way? I guess, in my experience, it was a certain cut/style of scallopini, but I was sort of displeased with it and it cost 30,000w. But in all fairness, it was okay. I wouldn't order it there again. |

| Yep... the coffee... a very good deal. The 12 muffins for 7,000 won. I think the steaks are a good deal too... but a waste of money if you don't know how to cook and prepare them well. The prepared salads, pizzas, and chicken bakes are good for the money too. Mmmmm.... chicken bakes. |

Yangjae isn't far from Yongin. I agree with the OP, the chicken breasts I think are the best deal. That and the Armani ties for 70 bucks. |

Coffee beans.....14,000 for 2lbs.
Bagels.........yummy and cheap.
Cheese.......The exotic European stuff is a little overpriced but the standard American chedder is great for 9,000 X 2lbs.
Various great deals on meat........we usually get some chicken bosoms, frozen Aussie beef, pork all ready for chigae and sometimes Hungarian salame.
The best deal upstairs, recently, maybe they're all gone now, was 501's for 30,000.
Campbells soup, sweet relish.........Philadelphia for the bagels.............
Sangbong Costco has tons of different kinds of beach dinghies and water-based fun products.........the big kid in me would love to get one of those dinghies for the Summer!! Still might! |

The columbian coffee is overpriced, but a good deal in Korea.
Best deal by far is beef, especially Australlian ground beef. Chicken isn't any cheaper...it just comes in larger packages. Bread...pfft. Muffins...I bake my own. American Cheese is a decent price. |
