I need to buy car insurance.
I live in the far South. Anyone have any recommendations or advice for buying car insurance in Korea?
About how much will it cost?
I only have an international driver's license, does that change anything?
I'm sure there's a thread somewhere on this site, but the search button kept bringing up blank pages.
Thanks in advance for your help. |

Cost varies greatly depending on...
- the value of your car
- the type of car you drive
- your age
- your driving record
- your claims history (if any)
- how much insurance you want |

HI,
I just accepted a job in Chungju City. I will have to use the company car to get to a second campus but they want me to pay for the insurance, gas and oil. I thought it would be excessive for foreigners. I am over 47 and never driven in this country before. Can you give me an idea how much I will have to pay?
thanks |
